Court will pronounce verdict on Gautam Gambhir on May 13 for keeping two Voter ID cards
The court has now rested its decision for BJP candidate Gautam Gambhir in the matter of holding two Voter ID cards.
All the hearings will take place in the court and on May 13. Tis Hazari court will announce the verdict on this matter.
AAP candidate Atishi Marlena from East Delhi filed a case against Gautam Gambhir in the court.
According to Atishi, it is an offense to have two Voter ID cards, which should make Gautam Gambhir disqualified by the court.
However, the court is not in support of Atishi’s allegations.
The court says that it is the job of the Election Commission to register cases against Gautam Gambhir. The court said that Atishi is also contesting election from the same seat and she has no right to register a case against his opposition candidate.
